This course is designed to fully cover the CASA Aerodynamics and Systems syllabus, and great time and effort has been expended to make sure it imparts the knowledge required in a simple and easy to understand fashion.

The previous lack of suitable study texts in this field has long been cited by students around the globe as frustrating their efforts to pass the relevant examination. This course addresses that shortcoming. All syllabus study topics have been condensed into this course of tuition. No other texts
or books are required by the student - the course is self contained. Course topics are listed below.

Unit 1. Basic and High Speed Aerodynamics
Unit 2. Basic Gas Turbine Engines
Unit 3. Aircraft Hydraulic Systems
Unit 4. Pneumatics, Air Conditioning, and Pressurisation Systems
Unit 5. Aircraft Electrical Systems
Unit 6. Landing Gear and Braking Systems
Unit 7. Ice and Rain Protection Systems
Unit 8. Warning  and Recording Systems
Unit 9. Automated Cockpits (B767 based)

Unlike stone-age correspondence courses, this book course completely eliminates the mailing of assignments, and painfully waiting for their marking and eventual return. Upon registering your study text book, all the multi-choice assignments, numerous review examinations, and answers for them, are sent to you. Instructor help is initiated at that time also. Your study time is therefore much reduced and more productive. Students have access to instructor help up until they pass the CASA examination.

This course is primarily focussed on the knowledge required by CASA for ATPL theory examinations, though it is also a superb reference for those studying for university degrees, and airline entry technical examinations and interviews.

The author has been lecturing in this subject area for the last decade, and his students rarely fail to pass this examination on first attempt. Now you can share in that success.

ATPL Flight Planning Cyba-course

The only course of it’s kind available in Australia, it is already getting rave reviews from students, and other ATPL teaching staff. It presents bite size training files that cover the entire ATPL Flight Planning syllabus, load quickly, and are followed by interactive assignments, which are marked instantly on completion. Your score, plus correct and incorrect responses are conveyed on screen, along with correct answer working where appropriate, so that you may identify any mistakes in your thinking or working.

Unlike stone-age correspondence courses, this course completely eliminates the mailing of assignments, and painfully waiting for their marking and eventual return. Your study time is therefore much reduced and more productive. For this reason, and because of the time efficient delivery style, the course proper can be completed in as little as 50 hours.

To ensure you are CASA exam ready, a series of five multi-choice interactive review examinations are included. Like the assignments, these are marked instantly, and correct step by step working files can be down-loaded to your printer. Each examination is typical of the style, depth and question technique used by CASA, and are of 3 hour duration/50 marks. Allow a further 3 hours for each of the five exams, plus a similar amount of time to correct any mis-understandings you may have identified.

For your convenience, all file types can be down-loaded to your printer, allowing you to study off-line, or when away on charters etc. Simply log-on to submit your answers when ready.

The course comes with personal on-line help provided by Rob Avery.
